Call for Artists: Rewilding

Surface Gallery invites artists to submit work for our upcoming group exhibition, Rewilding, on view June 6–27, 2026. We're looking for pieces that celebrate the spirit of nature—its rich diversity of plants, animals, birds, and pollinators. Art made with sustainable practices is encouraged, but not required.

This is a juried exhibition, and submissions are welcome in all media.

Details:

• Exhibition Dates: June 6–27, 2026

• Location: Surface Gallery, Colorado Springs, CO

• Deadline to Submit: April 1, 2026

• Notification Date: Artists will be notified by April 15th, 2026

• Commission: 50/50 artist and gallery split on all sales

• Eligibility: Open to artists at all career stages and working in any medium

Submission Guidelines: 

• Submit up to three images for consideration

• Label each image file with your name and the title of the work (e.g. Smith_Jane_ForestSong.jpg)

• Include artwork titles, dimensions, media, and prices in your submission
