Up However, it’s been only in the last few decades that I have gotten really serious about my art. I had a studio at home for a few years but later became a resident instructor at Cottonwood Center for the Arts. My studio is now located upstairs in the Sluice building in Old Colorado City. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003ch5 dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIn many respects, I am an outsider artist who has never had any serious artistic instruction but being an autodidact, I have managed to teach myself how to create artwork that not only pleased my interest but fed my imagination. What I have come up with is something that I call Techno-tribal Expressionism. Why? Because In its essence, it’s a form of abstracted contemporary art created by me and a few of my contemporaries who share a technical background and a tribal sense of the way we experience, thought and emotion with regard to what we create. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h5\u003e\n\u003ch5 dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI enjoy color and texture in my work and I think what you will see in this show reflects that.
